Material testing lab has facility for chemical analysis of Ferrous, Aluminum and copper base materials. Lab has very accurate services for testing of tensile strength, elongation, tensile set properties of rubber and spring index of open coil springs. We have capability of macro and micro examination of materials up to 150,000 times magnification along with high technology abrasive, diamond cutting and with automatic grinding and polishing facility. Furthermore image & chemical analysis including fractographic, metallographic examination, point and line analysis on highly sophisticated Scanning Electron Microscope equipped with EDX spectrometer can be done.
