This detonator is initiated by electric pulse and filled with sensitive initiatory compositions and secondary explosives.


CHARACTERISTICS
  • Resistance range: 2.8 to 3.8 Ω
  • Response time: ≤ 10 micro second
  • Detonator type: Bridge wire
  • Safe current: 235 milli Amp.
  • Firing current: 600 milli Amp.
Sensitivity 1micro farad capacitor charge to 50 V should cause functioning in ≤ 10 micro sec. All processes involved in the manufacturing of this detonator are controlled according to ISO: 9001- 2000 accreditation resulting into safe working practices through rigorous risk assessments.


APPLICATION
  • TO 10/20 electric detonator initiates explosive train of AB-Series electronic fuzes when desired electric pulse is applied.
